Milling and drying of brewery spent grains

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a company at Lessine looking to dry and mill brewery spent grains.

Did you know that 1,000 liters of beer generate approximately 300 kg of spent grains?

These grains, still rich in valuable nutrients such as proteins and fibers, remain underutilized.

Today, many entrepreneurs in France and the Benelux turn to Lessine to help them reclaim these resources.
