Lessine’s V-blenders are designed to ensure perfect homogenization of powders in optimal time, guaranteeing uniform distribution of the mix components through a gentle mix. They offer exceptional blending performances for various industrial applications.
Operating principle
V-blenders rely on a vessel formed by two cylinders arranged in a V shape. This vessel rotates around a horizontal axis, allowing for perfect homogenization of the mix components. The V design facilitates the entry and exit of products, minimizing dust emission. Optionally, a liquid injection can be added for pre-mixed powder granulation, granule coating, or to integrate an automatic cleaning system. A high-speed lump breaker can also be integrated into the blender for powder fluidization and homogeneous dispersion of agglomerates and/or low-concentration ingredients.
